You will be notified once you have been selected for the ‘Made in Plymouth’ range where you will meet with the Development Team to discuss supply and design contracts.

25th May 2018: Deadline for submissions
19th June 2018: Exhibition of selected product concepts
26th June 2018: Start of development & contract meetings

Our terms and conditions

Delivery and Collection
• You are responsible for the delivery of your artworks to the main reception should they be selected for this showcase. Please ensure you are available or can make arrangements in line with the dates in the application form.

• We are very limited on storage so cannot hold on to work longer than the collection date (unless pre-arrangements have been made).

Quality Assurance
• As organisers we have the right to refuse the inclusion of your work within the exhibition should it not meet the standards expected and demonstrated in your application/images.

Marketing and Promotional Materials
• If selected all information provided in your application will be used in promotional materials so please make sure it is accurate. All copy will be proofed by a copywriter to ensure consistency so some changes may be made, however you will have the opportunity to check this and make changes if necessary.

Artists and makers submitting work to Made in Plymouth will need to accept the terms and conditions as set out above in addition to any purchase, licensing or commissioning agreements created to procure work for the souvenir line.
